Please arrive only 5 minutes early for your appointment. Have a seat in the waiting room and wait for your name to be called.

For first time clients, please select the "Initial Massage Therapy" icon for your first massage appointment and remember to complete the intake form that will be sent via email and fill out any needed insurance information.

Treatment length includes any discussion about current complaints, assessments, hands on treatment/massage, home-care and follow up questions.
